REFUND POLICY:
(1) Person or Party may schedule a service 24 hours in advance. Payments received within 24 hours will be held for the next available opening. (2) Cancelations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to scheduled service to receive the option of a refund or a rescheduled date. Cancelations within 24 hours will have the option to a rescheduled date (for a $10 fee) or the forfeit of their payment. (3) No-Call No-Shows will forfeit their payment without the option to reschedule. (4) No refunds will be issued for Spiritual/Magickal work done.
CLIENT AGREEMENT:
Upon purchase of any service offered by The Magickal Solution, the Person or Party has agreed to the following:
(1) I/We, the Person or Party are in full understanding that the results of any Spiritual or Magickal works performed may vary from client to client. (2) I/We, the Person or Party am aware that The Magickal Solution cannot guarantee a successful, desired outcome of any Spiritual or Magickal work performed. (3) I/We, the Person or Party take full accountability for the way I interpret, understand, and perceive the information, instructions, and/or advice offered by The Magickal Solution. (4) I/We, the Person or Party take full responsibility for any act, failure to act, and any consequences of those acts or inactions based on my/our personal interpretations of the information offered by The Magickal Solution. (5) I/We, the Person or Party have read and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.
